Cumberland House Hunt 2021

We have been searching for a home in Cumberland and haven’t had luck yet. In this market, we have made generous offers, but were beaten with full cash offers from out of state.  We’ve heard that many folks are considering selling to take advantage of the opportunity presented by this market but are reluctant since they don’t have a place to go. Well, we have a beautiful home in Portland’s desirable Deering Center neighborhood that we would be able to rent if needed to help in your transition.

 As a (soon to be!) blended family with three kids, C (8), N (9) and W (10), this community is ideal for us.  W and C are currently students in RSU #51 while N is a student in Portland.  This community provides an excellent opportunity to not only bring our families together, taking advantage of the excellent school system, but also to make memories golfing, playing tennis, biking and exploring the outdoors.

Erin Yarema, a native Mainer, works in Yarmouth for Good Shepherd Food Bank as part of the fundraising team working to end hunger in Maine.  J Sandifer, brings zero-energy homes to Maine and beyond in his role as the Director of Sales at BrightBuilt Home.
